Precision Farming Liquid Lime Compatibility Fix

Fixes liquid lime application when used together with Precision Farming.

• Liquid lime is now recognized as lime by Precision Farming. The amount required is determined by the weights defined on the map for lime and liquid lime. Compared with solid lime, liquid lime saves 20 percent.
• The HUD displays the correct application rate for liquid lime whenever the map defines a realistic weight for it.
• Sections without a valid measuring point now use the soil type and target value of their own position instead of the average across the working width.

Note: This mod does not add liquid lime to the game. The map must already include it with sensible values.
