Taverns for Everyone

In the vanilla game, taverns have a limited purpose, serving only Citizens who are usually a very small percentage of the population. This mod lets anyone into the tavern. Drinks (beer, wine, and cider) are no longer luxuries, but fill the same need as water. If a villager is thirsty and a tavern is closer than a well, they will drink at the tavern. This makes more gold for the player and is more realistic for the villager.

There are still many other luxuries for your Citizens to buy (honey, herbs, jewelry, and lots of modded luxuries).
