Large almost empty building called SKELET (real building in Ostrava, Czech Republic).
Can be used with Office Center to make building complex.

DLC: Decoration pack 1&2, Sparks of the Future

8065 blocks
Contain:
3x Wind Turbines
6x Air Vents
5x Doors
1x Antenna
Stairs with neon lights
LCDs

Ready for interior and air system. Air Vents on roof top, set to depressurize.
