Cole Park (Corpus Christi, TX) Alpha

Hey y'all! I'd like to present my very first map for SXL, Cole Park! This map is a recreation of the skate park in Corpus Christi, Texas.

I've been working very hard over the past few weeks in between my summer classes to get this park as close to the real thing as I can.

The map currently includes:

- two bowl sections (Large/Small)

- grindable rail, Hubba, and ledge

- small stair set

Alpha Roadmap:

- fix a couple mesh issues within the bowls

- add grindsplines to anything that looks grindable

- add basic textures

- optimize geometry for smoother skating

- improve lighting/add skybox

- work on suggested improvements by the community

Beta Roadmap:

- continue to optimize map

- add surrounding scenery (Grass, Parking Lot, Ocean)

- add high quality textures

- continue working with community to improve the map
