G.M.C. Oomingmak Skidcraft

Oomingyak is called a skid craft because this is the easiest way to make a hovercraft like vehicle. It originally did hover but controlling altitude and height with only vanilla no script controls proved.... difficult. It has room for passengers and is mainly a command vehicle or transport. ( was built for fun and I was not going to upload any of my modified Ardev vehicles from frostbite originally)
