Developed by the GST division specifically for the private Drefar Corporation, the LRMU (Long Range Mobile Unit) all-terrain vehicle model has become a testing ground for new engineering solutions for Consolidation employees. The initial prototype of this vehicle was the Drefar Corporation's own vehicle, codenamed "Hunchback Explorer", whose developments became the framework for the future LRMU. The need for a small mobile base for Drefar expeditionary units, along with the requirement for high cross-country capability and security, determined the minimum requirements and necessary components.
As a result, the LRMU was able to install up to six hibernation capsules, an onboard survival kit, an oxygen and hydrogen generator, many containers for transporting and collecting various materials, and protection in the form of a classic self-manned Gatling machine gun. Thanks to the combined thrusters in the back of the rover, you can not be afraid of getting stuck on steep slopes, and the presence of hydrogen thrusters under the bottom will allow the pilot to get out of any pit. This transport is convenient to deliver to difficult areas of the planets, since it does not require landing to unload it - it is enough to drop it with the automatic parachuting mode enabled.
