SCV

The T-280 space construction vehicle (or SCV) is a type of terran general-purpose engineering vehicle.
SVC pilots are called "SceeVees". Nicknames include "plas-jockey", "lug nut" and "wrench swinger".

This was an accidental build, I wanted to build a welding ship with the welders below the *******. I ended up with this look.

It can just fly with the large cargo container full of steel plates in 1.0g. The side sensors detect grids (large and small) and will turn the red warning lights on (which flash). The warning lights are inside the arms (for when viewing via the camera, and on the back for when in 3rd person view.
