Update: I'm editing this description to clarify some questions/concerns brought up in comments. This mod is here because it's the only way (as far as I know) to get it loaded into my test server. Currently it does absolutely nothing. This is due to a lack of documentation for the Sandstorm mod tools. I'm essentially stumbling around in the dark while trying to solve a jigsaw puzzle.

Once I get this to do what it's intended to do, all the info needed to use it will be posted here. Until then, you can subscribe if you want for the automatic updates, but be aware that during development/testing I will likely be updating this file a lot, often in rapid succession. The best course of action would be to just wait.
