Early jeep

This mod adds the ability to craft jeep in 1 level factory to the game. I made this mod because I believe that a jeep should be crafted at earlier stages, since in vanilla it is already being crafted at the stage when you can craft a fighter, and who needs a jeep when there is a fighter? (I'm sorry I don't know English well)
