Frenzy Reversed

This assigns Insurgents (players team) with knives, molotovs, and accessories and Security with the vanilla loadout. Players can play as Insurgents only. This will not be compatible with other loadout mods. Weapon lifespan is overridden by default to 0.01 seconds, if players want the ability to scavenge, then simply set WeaponLifespan to something higher or set bOverrideWeapon to be False to use whatever the server default is.
