FZM (Fish Zeel Mods): FishAus & ZeelNightwolf.

This mod adds a profession called Artist to the list with a specialization in Painting and a skill line for Canvas Painting.
The Painter can currently produce 3 Canvas paintings in the end which add House Value in their own category called "wall painting" for the purposes of depreciating value.
Unzip download into the Server Mods folder.
