Adds a nuclear reactor that produces 25,000 W that runs off nuclear fuel cells which can be made in the laboratory from copper ore. The reactor still does not have proper texture but should work with curvature and includes steam particle effects. To install just unzip and plop into the mod folder. Version 0.4.5

Added the profession "Nuclear Technician" who deals with making the reactor and fuel cells, also added icons to the reactor and fuel cell items. The price of the fuel cell was also changed from 2500 copper ore to 500 copper ore as that was just too expensive for what you get.
