OpenXcom Extended (OXCE)

Hello everyone!

I will keep this post as brief as possible.

OXCE is a younger brother of OpenXcom.
It's not a mod, it's a game engine.

Every mod that works in OpenXcom will work also in OXCE, but not necessarily vice versa!

Some mods require you to use OXCE, because of additional features they are using.
It's a responsibility of each modder to mark his mod as "requires OXCE" or not.
