Faction Wars

Allows players to Join Space Pirates, Also adds First Colonists and Federation as Joinable Factions.

This mod mostly changes some gameplay features to make space a little less empty.

Shortens Intervals between encounters and Cargo Ships.

Added Economy Bases that spawn without shield as Space Pirate, Federation or First Colonist Factions. These stations can be taken over by players in those factions. AI enemies of those Factions can spawn as well.

Also added more variation to encounters and cargo ship spawns as well as enemy spawn groups.

Note: First Colonists and Federation Factions do not appear until first player has spawned in the game.
