Da kann ich dir auch nicht weiterhelfen. Das ist eine ganz normale SCS-Datei, die normalerweise angezeigt werden sollte. Vielleicht liegt das an anderen Mods, die du installiert hast?

Du packst die Datei in den Modordner (Dokumente -> ETS2) und dann musst du bei der Profilübersicht auf "Bearbeiten" klicken, ein Häckchen bei dem Mod machen und bestätigen.
