I think I have solved it so far.
The Mods REQUIRED are: MapBGA.zip, MapBGASilo.zip, MapBGASiloChaff.zip, MapBGASiloGrass.zip, MapBGASiloFruit.zip, MapDoorTrigger.zip, MapFruitTrigger.zip and MapWeightStation.zip. I can fill the CompoundFeed Mill and it provides CompoundFeed immediately. I found three spots on the map that accepts it. Of course you need a truck/trailer that carries CompoundFeed as well. Scania_Boggis.zip works.

I am trying to play this map. Has anybody been able to get output from the Compound Feed Mixer near the Golf Course? I added wheat, barley and maize, am still waiting to receive compound feed. I added compoundfeed to a couple different trailers, so far.
