Too many people throwing around copyrights and ownership statements around in this game that have little to no legal foothold, and getting royalties for downloads of said items. In fact, they themselves could be held liable for claiming ownership and receiving royalties of material that is actually legally owned and copyrighted by another party, like say Giants, or other software tools developer.
Just my take on this.
